It is very important for me, my baby's umbilical cord have been exciting before cutting.
I searched the umbilical cord blood, but I do not know if it's a company that I can not wait for the cable-STOP button before receiving the sample.
Does anyone know of a society that allows this? Perhaps, by a larger sample, or what?

The blood must be taken to ensure the cable to hit yet, but the cable will not be cut in order to draw the blood from the umbilical cord. Done with a needle into the umbilical cord, and not with delayed cord clamping or interfere with cutting.
